MDC does not endorse a single training program. We believe there are many valid and valuable pathways into doula work. Certification is one option, but not the only one. Community-rooted programs, mentorship models, and life experience all contribute to the knowledge and skill of a doula. What matters most is your commitment to respectful, informed, and culturally aware care.
